Bill Longworth is a hobbyist artist into acrylics, wood carving, and pencil drawings. His life drawing style is to utilize economy of line and scale to simplify reality to its most basic essence. This produces aesthetic images which spark interest, appreciation, inquiry and discussion. Some viewers say that his style is unique and impressionistic. Unlike most figure artists who concentrate on the figure only, Bill often sketches the complete context of the model in his 20 minute drawings.

What "pretty" pictures. Seldom seen sketches of the human form are a treat. I do some of that too, but have never thought of publishing any of it. I am aproximately your age, and I am a teacher (K-8 music and band). My husband is a retired college professor of speech and communications. He is also artistic. He writes (usually about sexual encounters). We both feel the body is a beautiful and wonderous thing. Your pictures delight our senses. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the wonderful comment. It is always encouraging when others enjoy your work.
